  • 1.  Can't import Windows 7 machines in CCS 9.0.1 with 2010-2 update

    We just applied our 2010-2 update and wanted to be able to do a baseline on the CobiT Windows 7 standard. Every time I try to import a Windows 7 machine, the job completes, but with the reconciliation summary of

    "Number of records returned by the data collector: 1 Number of records rejected by the asset system: 1".

    Has anyone ran into this or have a suggestion???

    I am having the same exact issue:

    Reconciliation Summary:
    Number of records returned by the data collector: 44
    Number of records rejected by the asset system: 44

    I am working with a technician - but no luck so far..  Waiting on a call back.
    May have to resort to importing from a CSV...

    "Make sure the Remote Registry Service is started on the Machine which you are trying to import." We started the service and the import was successful.
