Can't install altiris AeXNSC (7.0.8800.1800) agent in windows 2000 SP4

Please help

Use (AeXNSC.exe -s -a /s /install /platform=x86 /ns=xx.com NOSTARTMENU) install in windows 2000 SP4 , no error and altiris folder .

Microsoft ended support for Windows 2000 on July 13, 2010, hence support for Windows 2000 agents has been removed in the 7.0 SP5
release. Base agent functionality using a 7.0 SP4 agent in a 7.0 environment will provide limited functionality for the agent machines as they
are upgraded.

SP5 MR4

You are running SP5 MR4.  Limited support for Windows 2000 existed up until 7.0 SP4, but is gone entirely in 7.0 SP5 and later releases, including the current 7.1 SP1 version.

You can try to install the agent from 7.0 SP4 if you can find it somewhere, and then hopefully prevent the SMP from upgrading it, but really you should just upgrade these Windows 2000 SP4 systems.
