Can't install Asset Management Update

This issue has been solved. See solution.
When trying to run Asset update, I get an error saying CMDB must be installed. Currently running NS 6.0.6074 and Asset 6.2.1152 - trying to update to 6.5.1126
Any help is appreciated.

Try Installing CMDB or Asset Solution
That will install\upgrade Asset 6.5 in addition to CMDB. The FAQ's listed here Altiris KB35499 should help, or give you more information.
