can't install BUE 2010

hi there,
I'm having problems installing 2010 onto a system that previously had 10d installed.
Looking at the logs I believe its having problems with the sql install. I've tried installing it as a msde instance, and also I've tried installing it into the "old" instance. neither have worked.
The server is sbs2003. I'll attach the install log - can anyone help me with this?
Its late & I need help!

Have you looked at installing SQL first BEFORE installing BackuP Exec 2010? I have got around a similar issue by doing that first, albeit only once.
Whatever you do, if this is an upgrade, get a backup of your Catalogs and Data folders.
You can also look into disabling your AV services during the upgrade. I have seen McAfee cause corruption in my database.
I wrote an article a few weeks ago around my experiences upgrading...give it a read, it might help.
