  • 1.  Cant install client SEP RU5, system need reboot

    Tried to install client SEP RU5 and popup error that need to reboot the system,after reboot of system and try again to install the SEP RU5, still popup error that need to reboot again the system.

    any idea?

    Hi,

    try this,

    open registry editor,

    Go to HKLM/System/CurrentControlSet/Control/sessionmanager

    and delete the key 'PendingFileRenameOperations '

    then try to rerun the installer.
