Early i install 10.3.2MP6 at Centos 6.6 without problem, but 10.3.2MP10 i cant install in fresh installed Centos 6.7 minimal:

The versions supported by the product never exceeded RHEL 6.5 until the latest mp10 release, which still does not cover 6.6 and 6.7, but does include RHEL 7.1.  More information can be found here:

My assumption would be that there isn't a package that will work with those versions of the kernel.  If the kernel in use isn't one we have a package for, it simply can't install.

As I said, it is an assumption.  Perhaps they started work on RHEL 6.6 and then scrapped the project, but some of the code was already written in for the version that works.  Maybe that code was subsequently removed from the next version, as they started planning for RHEL 7.1.  Maybe some code was put back in for mp10, and they didn't validate it, but it may still work.

Since it is a completely untested, unvalidated version of RHEL (6.6 & 6.7) for our product, I have absolutely no data or test results to go from.  The only definite answer I can give you is that it is unsupported, the rest is only speculation.
