We can successfully attach various files to Altiris Incidents. However, certain ones won't open. For example: .log, .dms, .lst extensions fail to open. More common ones, such as Office files types and jpg, html, etc open ok.

Does anyone know if you can modify the allowed file extensions and where to do it?
