    Hi,

I have SEPM installed, Version 11.0.3001.2224.

I have 2 problems regarding files with arabic filenames.

1- From outlook, attachments open as blank, and with 0B if downloaded.

2- Wile browsing on FTP server, I get files with strange filenames (ex ^^^^^.doc), and I can't open or download it.

    Please help

Maybe it's all about the language pack installed in MS. Make sure that the necessary characters and symbols are installed on the PC.

Also, does the SEP on the client contain the correct language pack?

I'm not sure about the Outlook/Exchange, but if you have an email filter or antispam in the network, you may want to check the settings on that.  SEP client doesn't detect the language, only attachments. And it only checks for malwares.
