Can't open SEPM Console on fresh install

    Hi Everyone!   I have two brand new HP ML370G5 servers - one we built as a Win2003R2 w/SP2 DC with Backup Exec 11d, the other is a standalone member 2003 R2 w/ SP2 server.

Install SEP11 on the DC (with IIS installed) - open console and log in - status bars go back and forth and main page toolbar on left shows up, then brings you back to login.

Try installing on standalone member - Same issue!

Removed both products, tried different media, same thing.  Rebuilt DC without BE11d, same issue.  Can't even browse to it from another browser - I get the prompt to install Java and nothing happens.

I've installed the product about 8 times before without a problem, even on the same hardware and OS, and haven't had this issue.   Anybody have any ideas where I can start looking?
