Can't open support ticket on website

This might sound like an odd place for this, but I'm trying to open a ticket online for Backup Exec. The problem is that when I try to choose the account for this product at the screen "Please select the account for your case.", it deselects my account every time I hit "Next". 

Is there something wrong with the website?

You need to phone customer care to ask about this issue (they do not usually monitor the forums and tech support, who do read these forums, deal with product support and not issues with customer facing web portals)

Actually, they phoned me within an hour of posting that, and called me twice. I am very impressed with the level of customer service!
