    Hi All... I have a SWG 5.0 using inline + proxy and I can browsing internet.

    but, I can't receive email using MS.Outlook.

    please help me to resolve my problem.

    Is there a block entry showing up in the Custom Report? What does a packet capture show?

    Your Outlook client should not be using the proxy if the Exchange server is on the same LAN.

    Is your policy set to do any protocol blocking? Is it blocking pop3, imap, or SMTP traffic or other mail related traffic?

     

    Where is the email server in relation to the client, and the SWG? Is the mail server listed as a server in the SWG?
