Can't receive mail from certain domains

Hi

In my company we are using Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange 6.0.9.286. We have a problem with receiving mail from certain domains (at least 10-15 as we know so far). We recently changed the mailsystem from an external provider to our own Exchange server. Before the change, we had no problems. This is a big problem because we are loosing important mails.

I have made several tests sending mails from a known "blocked" domain, and I have checked the logs for both Mail Security and Exchange, but the mails are not listed anywhere.

Can anybody help me?

Best regards
Jens-Erik

Lots of things to test

go to dnsstuff.com - check your domain name under dnsreport see if everything is set up properly - the issue may not be symantec but your own exchange configureation.

Do you people that can't send

Do you people that can't send you messages get any kind of bounce-back or NDR messages? That will point to where you need to troubleshoot. Unless you choose the "Log" option in the Premium Antispam Actions you won't see anything in the Application logs.
