Can't repair or start Backup Exec 2010 R3 services

Hello I am having a problem with starting Backup Exec 2010 R3 services, so I can connect to the media server. Its showing the Services as stopped, and when I try to restart the services I get the following log:

Error starting the service Backup Exec Agent Browser on MAFG-SBS-01.
The dependency service or group failed to start.
 
Starting Backup Exec DLO Administration Service on MAFG-SBS-01.
Error starting the service Backup Exec DLO Administration Service on MAFG-SBS-01.
The dependency service or group failed to start.
 
Starting Backup Exec DLO Maintenance Service on MAFG-SBS-01.
The service Backup Exec DLO Maintenance Service has been started on MAFG-SBS-01.
Start services on server MAFG-SBS-01 completed.
 
Processing services completed!
 

Also when I try to repair the installation I get an error on the last step of the install.  I attached the install log of the repair installation below.  Any suggestions on what I can try?

Start by opening windows services and locating the backup exec services... Each service that has the logon set as domain\administrator view properties logon as and reenter the password ensuring that it is entered correctly ... once done try restarting backup exec services

 

services should incude 

Backup Exec Agent Browser

Backup Exec Device & Media Service

Backup Exec Job Engine

Backup Exec Management Service 

Backup Exec Server

Hello, doublecheck that the services are set to run as shown here for Backup Exec Services

Make sure that the service for the BE SQL instance, BKUPEXEC, is started before you start the BE services.

Thanks guys, changing the permissions and Starting BE SQL first did it!!
