can't retrieve email domino
I have trouble getting mail back from my ev-server it works fine enough to archive email cannot download retrieve them again.
I've tried to trace the error using Dtrace, and I think I found the error but cannot find a solution please help me.

The error at the bottom of the dtrace you posted indicates a permissions error. Specifically, this section:
I would verify that on the Enterprise Vault server, all users are allowed to create databases. Enterprise Vault uses temporary databases on the EVDG to store retrieved messages, so all Notes users need the right to create temporary databases.

I've excactly the same problem but user are able to create temp db!
Most likely there is a config
Most likely there is a config issue with EVDG. You should run through the steps again and make sure all the correct permissions have been assigned.
Verify all the pre-req's and then re-run the EVInstall.nsf and verify the logs.
