Can't retrieve threat history nor reset threat status of clients

    I can see currently logged on user, status, last scan date, definition, version and scan engine correctly but I cannot retrieve the logs threat history nor can I permanently delete the threat status. After re-open the managment console the threat status is active again. The problem ocoured suddenly without changes to the system.
