Can't see SEPM > Admin > License tab

  • 1.  Can't see SEPM > Admin > License tab

    Hi, 

    Im receiving mail alert that my SEPM license will soon require, im already setting up a license renewal for this but when i logged on SEPM > Admin > i can't find the "License" tab in there. SEPM version is SEPM 11.0.6005.562. Please let me know what im missing on this one. Thanks in advance

    hi,

    Are you Using SBE version ?

    SEPM 11 is paper licence version

    Wait a second,

    That email alert is from the Symantec Licensing Team. You have nothing to do with your SEPM server. Contact your Local Vendor/Symantec Reseeler/Partner and ask them about your renewal date and get the renewal Done. All you need to do is to renew on paper as SEP 11 does not require any License Key in the product.

    Symantec Sends the notification One months in advance to its clients about the Expiry of the Existing License.

    Thanks for immediate response, now i know that there is no license file needed, and all i have to do is purchase renewal from reseller!

    Hi again to all!!

     

    I now have purchased a license renewal, do i still need to activate the license or it is automatically activated? and also i received a license file *.slf i thouth this sepm version doesn't need a license file and will just need to renew paper license? Do i still need to activate the .slf file?

    11.X does not need license file.

    so no need to activate it , its for your reference only

    Hi,

    Agreed with above comment's.

    IF you you are using sep 12.1 then you have to activate it with your SEPM server.
