Can't sending emails to hotmail for Symantec block list

Hello there,

We cannot sending emails to hotmail from our IP addresses.

Coming error message for " hotmail block list " I'm asked that problem to hotmail sender information center.

That personals send to me an response. That response is : We have forwarded the issue  with IP( X.X.X.X/24 ) to Symantec and that we need to wait for them to finish their investigation. An estimated time of 5 business days will be needed to complete their investigation.

But that problem is passing 10 DAYS. This message is sended to me 12.03.2014 but today 21.03.2014 We are still not sending mails to @hotmails mail addreses.

What should I do for resolve this?

You should contact your onboard Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) administrator. Of course Symantec support services can assist said onboard SMG administrator.

How is access to Symantec support services for learn my SMG Administrator?

We have the same problemWe can't sending emails to outlook/hotmail addresses from our IP addresses. Microsoft tell us it could be a problem with Symantec's Brightmail filter.

The error code server is 550 OU-002 (SNT004-MC2F9). Please, help us. Thank you so much.
