I am running TouchDown for Mac OSX but can't find a setting that allows for me to sync the subfolders of my Inbox. Please see attached screenshot.

Does anyone know where to enable sync of subfolders?

    Thanks in advance, Therese

    Hello,

You should see your folder list on the left side of the screen next to the settings button and icons. If you press the white little arrow icon next to a parent folder you will see the subfolders. Subfolders you want to sync can be right clicked on and you choose Include This Folder. The emails within the time frame you have set in settings should populate. Let us know. Thanks!

    Hi Rhus,

You see the screenshot I attached? Neither of the folders in the expanded list of subfolders (marked with red X:s) can be clicked on. I tried, left click, right click, click with mouse, alt-click, cmd-click, click with touchpad. Nothing happens. I am running Version 1.1.64 (64)

Operating system: Mac OS Mavericks and subsequently Mac OS Yosemite.

Let me know what you think /Therese
