We have SEP 11 on a Windows 2000 terminal server - installed it as a managed client - we disjoined the machine from the domain to run as a workgroup server, after which SEP didn't upload new definitions. Tried to uninstall, failed, tried to reinstall as a stand alone client, failed. Is there a way to clean SEP out of the machine and start over?

You can contact Tech Support and request for Cleanwipe.  This utility will wipe out the installation.

You can uninstall manually also. For this follow the procedure in below docs
