  • 1.  Can't Unlock Server Group

    When I try to unlock a server group I receive the error message:
    "The username/password combination is incorrect or you don't have sufficient privileges to access this Server Group. Please re-enter the account information.  Note that passwords are case sensitive."
     
    I have tried iforgot.exe to reset the password with no luck.  I have Symantec System Center 10.0.2.2000.

    I am having the same issue with 10.1.5.5000 which started this morning. It seems to fail right after nsctop.exe errors and then the AV service stops. This occurs whenever i open SSC. Not much help, but at least maybe it can spark someone else's brain :)

    After numerous tries I gave up and did a complete uninstall and reinstall with the newest version and it now works correctly.
