  • 1.  Can't update license

    I initially installed the PGP Command Line with a trial license and now that we have a purchased license I want to update the application. When I try run the --license-authorize --force command I get:

    pgp:license authorize (2706:PGP Command Line already has a license
    pgp:license authorize (0:license authorized)

    How can I replace the license with my new full version?

    Please delete the configuration file called PGPprefs.xml, and then try to license it again and see if it works. This file is located in:
    C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\PGP Corporation\PGP\
