File Share Encryption

I have configurated PGP Univeral Server version 3.2 and setup /uncheck configuration for show pgp tray(hidden) and i setup configuration time download  policies for 2 minutes.

I have Two question for my case:

1. if hidden pgp tray,Why user can't update policy from user desktop ?

2. how to user manually update if pgp tray icon to be hidden?

please help  and give me solution

Question 1, yes the only way to update policy is by right clicking on the system tray icon, perhaps posting in the ideas section as a feature request to have it part of the main menu? 

Question 2, To update the policy without systray icon, the only way I know is to kill the pgptray.exe process via task manager and re-launch pgptray.exe

Are you sure the policy isnt updating?  Do you have another client that has the systray icon where you can verify if the policy updates successfully or not?  Killing the pgptray.exe definitely updates the policy, as it automatically downloads the policy from the universal server when the program starts.

yes im sure the policy cant updating.when i try change passphrase WDE Administrator form PGP universal server,i mean that for decrypted WDE client with new passphrase but cant decrypt,when i am  enter old passphrase WDE Administartor and then decrypt running succes.i am confused about this?????

please give me solution that case.
