Capacity check status: failed

I am setting up Symantec Backup Exec 10d for the first time on a new server. I setup my backup the way I would like it. I am getting a capacity check status error when I do a test run.

When I look at my media in my media set it shows in the statistics that the total capacity is only 16 mb but I am using an LTO 200/400 backup drive with tapes that capacity.
