  • 1.  capture personality task not reaching at client

    Hi

    We using deployment solution 7.1

    We trying to capture user personallity for that we have created template and imported at default location

    We giving task for capture personality but client machine not getting that task. All other task from NS server are working like update client configuration

    As the "Capture Personailty" task is a DS task, you may need to instakll the Deployment Plugin on the machine before that task will work.

    Hi SK

    The deployment solution plug in and deployment automation folder plug in is already installed on the client system.

    And other NS task like, Update Client Configuration, Restart Computer all are working fine.
