  • 1.  Carbon Copy Standalone or Carbon Copy Solution

    Hello,

    What is(are) the difference(s) between Carbon Copy Standalone and Carbon Copy Solution?
    - Functions look the same?
    - Install looks simpler for the standalone version?

    Dom,
    I believe there is a KB that describes the differences. The major difference is CC Solution requires the NS integration, which the CC Standalone has a console application that runs on the Helpdesk technician's machine. I haven't used the standalone solution so can't comment on it beyond that.
