catalog makes an error

After making inventory I start a category job. After a few moments, BE throws error (dr watson). as shown in attachments
Where can I add my attachments??
part of them are:

Go to tools->options and check if the display progress indicators for backup jobs - is checked. If it is then uncheck it and try the catalog job.
If you still face the same problem, stop all Backup Exec services and rename the catalogs folder and then restart the BE services.
Try once again the catalog job.
