Catalog search not responding

Hi
We have a few Installations fo backup exec 12.5. Every Installation has a problem with the catalog search. The window always changes to status "not responding". I only have access to 12.5 Installations and one 10d. The 10d Version doesn't show this behavior, but every 12.5 Version.
Anyone else noticing this for their installations, or any idea what causes this?

Is this a fresh install or an upgrade? If it is an upgrade what version did you upgrade from?

Therer are fresh installations, and Installations we upgraded from version 12 to 12.5.
I am a little late to this
I am a little late to this conversation, but I have noticed this happening may times.
I must admit that 90% of the time I give up and reboot the server and generally on a fresh reboot performance generally improves.
Did you have any luck with resolving this problem?
