    Does anyone else have the same requirement?

    When reporting by Categories, Service Desk allows you to list the various levels;

    Category level 1

    Category Level 2

    Category level 3 ect...

     

    Now if we want to report on the TOP 10 Categories, we are forced to choose a specific Category level, which means you get left with blanks in the report.

    I'm trying to find a way to Report on the 'last' available Category level....

    Please let me know if i'm not making sense..

    I don't know if its available in the reporting tool GUI, but in the ServiceDeskInicdentManagement there is a concatenated version of the categories in Merged_classification_Text.  Im sure you could get to it via SQL.

    It doesnt seem to be in the report GUI, would be great if it gets added.

    If you click the "add custom incident data" link under incident management and just close the popup box without adding anything specific then the merged classification link will appear on the left hand side along with several more data options for incident management.
