Does anyone else have the same requirement?
When reporting by Categories, Service Desk allows you to list the various levels;
Category level 1
Category Level 2
Category level 3 ect...
Now if we want to report on the TOP 10 Categories, we are forced to choose a specific Category level, which means you get left with blanks in the report.
I'm trying to find a way to Report on the 'last' available Category level....
Please let me know if i'm not making sense..
