  • 1.  ccApp.exe is not running

    Hi Team,

     

    We had recently upgraded SEP to 12.1.6 MP5 version. Post upgrade we found Nagios alert saying "ccApp.exe" is not running.

    so here i need some solution? Is it releated to Symantec Antivirus?

    Client status is good and healthy.

    SEPM: 12.1.6 MP5

    OS: Windows server 2008 R2 standard

    From what version did you upgrade?

    From 

    11.0.6005.562 to 

    12.1.6 MP5

    ccApp.exe is not apart of 12.1, which is why this came up. You'll need to modify or remove this particular alert.

    ccSvcHst.exe is the new process for 12.1
