You can download installers from fileconnect.symantec.com, if you have your license keys.
However, we are working hard to make the customer experience as seamless as possible. You may have an easier time by starting from http://my.symantec.com and clicking on "Get Software". From there, you can choose the links to download. Again, you'll need your license number.
If that doesn't work, I would point you to our Customer Care group.
