Hi

I have been trying to run evaluation job in symantec ccs after finishing data collection job, but the evaluation job that i am running does not reach its complete status even after 70 hours of waiting (The run status always show: Executing). Can you please advise what to do?

Is it running on its own DPS or is your installation all contained on one machine (App server, DPS, etc). How big is the standard that you're doing the eval on, number of checks and number of targets?

Your DPS may have a resource issue , though I would be interested in finding out what you're running against it and how the environment is setup

The DPS and the application are on different servers. The standard that i am running is to check if SEP is installed only on  4 endpoints?

Could you please fire a query from RMS for the same check logic and see if you get the result in RMS.

Yes i get the results in RMS but not in CCS console, only the evaluation job not completing but the data collection job is okay.
