    Hi All,

    I am trying to integrate external data using CCS-VM but i keep getting a "failed to resolve asset" message what might be the issue? Please help, Thanks

    Are you using EDI?   If so, then you have to setup the appropriate correlation rules to make sure the data can sync up to the assets in the asset system.  Can you provide more information?
