  • 1.  CCS-VM Troubleshooting Logs

    Hello everyone , I need to know which troubleshooting logs do I need to look into for identifying diffrent CCS-VM issues , like license not updating , users not able to log into the Web Console and hanging issues.

    You early and kind response on this would be highly appreciated. Thanks and Regards

    Kindly also mention with which website does the CCS-VM establishes connection over the internet to verify the Serial key or to activate the CCS-VM license  ? is it updates.rapid7.com or something else ?
