Hi,

is there ESM Agent support matrix for CCS11 Manager? We are looking for information whether for example ESM 6.5.3SP2 and ESM 9.0.1 Agents can be registered to CCS11 Manager.

You can find the agent support matrix in v71354176_CCS_11.pdf located at link "http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=DOC5587&key=53741" on page 47. You will find the agent support matrix for both UNIX and Windows.

I'm not looking for OS support matrix, I'm looking if I can register for example ESM 6.5.3 ESM Agent to CCS11 Manager.

You should  be able to register a 6.5.3 SP2 Agent after you have applied the LU4201 as stated in the CCS 11 Planning and Deploymnet guide.  This LU (it is not a full SU) only has the Agent Information Module and it will give CCS 11 the information required for it to recognize the agent.   No other Agent modules are updated from what I understand.    Once this LU is applied, then a new policy named Agent Information (or something like that) will be available and will need to be run to pull the necessary information about the Agent such as OS, versiont, etc.
