I have Norton Internet Security installed. While shutting down the computer I got a message that ccSvcHost doesn't respond.

The longer I stay connected to the Internet the more likely this problem occurs. Who can help me? I already booted from the

recovery CD (the Norton installation files CD), no problems were found.

P.S. Sometimes my keyboard driver also gets meshed up after a while, problems with signs like "(", "@", "-", etc.
