Hello Symantec. If I activate the monitoring channel of CD/DVD is enought to control all transactions and copies to CD/DVD?Thanks

Enabling the monitoring destination/channel CD/DVD on Agent Config will let you control the copy to CD/DVD is done using the windows native burning tool. It means that if someone uses an application like CD Burner XP or Nero the traffic won’t be controlled.  To control such traffic you will need to activate the AFA and review the Application Monitoring list to be sure the software used across your company to burn documents is included there.
