Is a Centralized exception policy per server possible? Or only per group?

One policy per group/machine. With that said, you can create a group and add only one machine to it to have its own policy. Can be a management nightmare though getting that granular :) but it can be done

Per group. so does all the policies.

Thx Brian, i thought so.. :( It would be good if you can apply it on one machine.

You can if create a group only for that client
