Kent news currently is using our own windows 2003 mail server with a sonicwall email security device. Recently we have had one of our important customers who use a symantec a email product bouce all of our emails. We went to your site and requested that we be removed from your bad reputation list. We were allowed to send emails for a short period but were then placed again on the bad reputation list. Now we ask to be removed on the site but nothing happens. We have checked with Sonicwall, our internal IT folks, and the IT person at the destination where we have the emails being blocked and everything seems to be normal (except we still cannot sent emails). Why on earth are you blacklisting our Company and emails? Can someone please help us get on the safe list?
