This issue has been solved. See solution.

After changing to SSL to enable Exchange 2013 OWA App's we get certificate errors when opening a EV asp page from the button.

I also get the same certificate error when I'm opening the Index chapter of the EV Administration Console.

The certificate points to the published name of the server but the communications that give the error are all from inside the network/domain.

I've set the parameters for Internet Explorer to ignore such certificate errors but no succes..

Why not just add the different names to the certificate?

As far as I know, you don't need to force all EV communication to be on SSL for mail-app 2013, means you do not need to configure Enterprise Vault to use HTTPS at site level. Let the mail-app work with published name (valid name for SSL) & keep rest EV web communication without SSL.

If this is mandate for your organization to keep everything on SSL then you need to add all EV names in the certificate. If EV page still gives you SSL error then probably you need to contact certificate authority.
