I am wondering if it is possible to regenerate or generate certyficate to some account.
I am ask about it becuse on US I have internal account which haven't certificate?

You can create personal certificate and that can be imported into PGP desktop using File -> Import Personla Certificate option, however could you please provide more information on what certificate you are trying to generate and what is the purpose for it.
