  • 1.  Certificate TLS Https import error

    Hi 

    Recently we have installed new version of Symantec Brightmail Gateway 9.5.4-4. 
    We have generated new request for new certificates but when we want to import them to SBG we receive an Application Error. 

    When we fill the form for certificate request we choose Certification Authority Signed and Key length 2048, all other fields we fill normally. 

    After generating certificated we saw that it doesn't have email address in it.

    Can some one help us how to generate and import certificate ?

    Seems like you are running into the issue described in the following KB:

    If that's the case, please open a ticket with Symantec Technical Support for assistance/workaround.

    We had the same issue on our SMG, there was no other way to call support. They exchange 4 files on Control Center and after this import was successful.
