Change Admin Email Address Outside of Management Console
I manage a large environment where we have it split into 3 main sites. After upgrading to 12.1.2, one of our sites would not let me login with the admin account, nor my AD creds. The admin account is set to email the old administrator. Is there a way to get the admin email account associated with a different email account? I have tried editing the sepm_settings.properties file as shown in the formum https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/symantec-endpoint-protection-121-password but that didn't seem to work. Is there another way to update this email address so that I can reset the admin password and log into the management console as admin?
