  • 1.  Change Computer Name - Without Automatically Rebooting

    I am running configuration tasks on machines to rename them and each time I run the task, it automatically reboots the machine.  I'd like to be able to rename the machine without automatically rebooting it.  I would like to complete the process when the USER decides to perform the reboot.  Is this possible?

    Did you try this without adding a reboot task?

    Hello, yes I have run the "Apply System Configuration" against a couple machines and they reboot after the task runs.  I am hoping to avoid the reboot immediately after the task completes.  I would like the user to be able to reboot when he/she would like.
