Change email template for Notification Policy

Hi,

When I create an email action in Notification Policy a standard email is send. I would like to change the contents of the email. Therefore I need to know the name of the template that isused by the NS.
Anyone with ideas or better a working solution?

Not too sure this is possible

for the core product. I know you can do it using Helpdesk, but Helpdesk provides some specific customizations not available in the core product. I'd be happy to be wrong on this one.

The Helpdesk customization I

The Helpdesk customization I use a lot. But I am really looking for the same kind of modification in the NS. It will probably be easier in version 7 but for now my customer needs to keep running version 6 because Asset Management and Service Desk are not yet there.

Any other suggestions are welcome.

Notification policy

I have use this in the message body of the notification policy:

hidden fields showing in the email notifications

Is there a way to edit what is shown in the emails?  Currently the columns containing GUIDs will show in the emailed notification but because they're hidden columns, when you run the report from the Reports tab and refresh the screen, you don't see GUID data.

What changes when you email the report?
