I need create a Change Management Process in 6.5 version.

I know that in 7.0 Version this process is ready.

I wuold like know a difficult level to create this process in 6.5 Version, I need creater a RDM forms, aproval process, any phasys as tests, execution.

Any exist a docs about this process in 6.5 and 7.0 Versions?
