  • 1.  Change the mount point for PGP virtual disks

    Hi

I'm using PGP Desktop 10.2 and have a created a couple of virtual disks that are mounted as P: and U:.  I now wish to change them to other drive letters. Can this be done? Looking through all the documentation and desktop options, I see nothing that suggests a way to do this. Mount/Unmount simply does that. It does not allow me to choose the drive to mount it on.

If not, then I'll have to create a new virtual disk on the correct drive and copy&paste ALL the files across. How many GB/sec can PGP cope with?

    Thanks

    Kevin

It can easily be done.  Make sure the passphrase(s) are purged.  Double click on the pqd file you want to mount.  Before entering your passphrase, click on Options and set the desired mount point.
