    Operating System: Windows XP SP3
    Product: Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 10.0.1.1000 Server Group

    How to change the password of this product?

    Hi
    Please follow the steps to change the SAV password

    1. Go to SAV server
    2. Locate the C:\ProgramFile\Symantec\Symantec System Centre\Tools\iforgot.exe
    3.Run the iforgot.exe to reset the password

    Hi,
    1. I still remember my old password. & can still configure SAV.
    2. I am unable to find 'Symantec System Centre'  in the 'Symantec' directory.
    3. Also; I I am unable to find 'Symantec System Centre' in the 'Symantec Antivirus' directory.

    In this case u can try to repair the SSC
