  • 1.  Change the size of virtual windows

    Hello!

    Is there any way to change the size of virtual windows in Servicedesk? Cause all the time we open a technical incident form - we have to scroll it to press the save button - even when the resolution of the screen is high enough

    Here's what I ended up doing for this.  Right or wrong it works. :)

    On the Service Catalog Settings page, edit the Technician Incident Form.  Go to the WebPart Information Tab and check the Is Web Part box.  Then set your form height and width.  Save and close.  I don't think it requires a restart of IIS, but it probably wouldn't hurt.
