The change theme option is not available in the Master settings
Updated: 08 Aug 2010 | 9 comments
When you look at the current documentation for Service Desk 7, it says that under the Master Portal settings -> customization, there is drop down menu to change the theme of the portal.
However this option isn't there anymore. It has been removed and the documentation will be revised.
So, don't think something is wrong, it is simply not there.

I agree with you. I'm looking for a way to choose another theme to customize the Portal.
There is the theme Editor tool in the tray, and plenty of themes. So why can't we use them?
