Change the URL for the Software Portal

Can someone tell me how to change the URL for the software portal? The issue is that we have both SSL and non-SSL access to the NS but we want to force the clients to use the SSL version as they will have to enter a username and password and we do not allow that type of access.

Check "Require SSL" in the
Check "Require SSL" in the IIS Manager for the page should do the trick.
If you want to change the URL of the client (in the shortcut), then i think you have to configure the agent to use https in the targeted settings.
